Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital offers 18 months of accredited ED training in a mixed adult and paediatric emergency department which is a regional trauma centre. We also have great access to accredited terms in Anaesthetics, Intensive Care and Retrieval Medicine.

We are a busy regional centre with over 45 000 presentations annually and are staffed by a large group of dynamic FACEMs who are passionate about providing excellent training.

Trainees who join us for terms from other EDs are offered accommodation locally.
